How Do I Place An Order?

To place your Teasytees order, follow these steps :

  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like.
  • After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
  • Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • From there, you can either login to your existing Teasytees user account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one while confirming your order.
  • Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

How Will I know That My Order Is Placed Successfully?

Once you successfully place your order with Teasytees, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address with details of your order and your order ID. You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

How Do I Receive My Order?

We have tied up with several reputed courier companies like FedEx, Delhivery, Ekart Logistics, Ecom Express, BlueDart, Aramex, ShadowFax etc, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 2-7 business days depending on where you live. All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.

How Do I Cancel My Orders

The products are shipped after 24 hrs. of placing the order, so if you want to cancel or amend anything in your purchase then you can do it within 24 hrs. only. Post 24 hrs. it can not be canceled. Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.

I Wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.

Is there any Try & Buy option available with Teasytees?

Unfortunately we DO NOT have any Try & Buy option available with us currently.

Is there any Wallet or Credit points in Teasytees?

Yes, we do have Teasytees Wallet available with us. You can refer your friends and win cashback amount. Also, with your every purchase of Rs 500/- and above, you can get a 10% cashback.

Is it safe to make an online payment on your website?

Yes, it’s totally SAFE! We have partnered up with PayU Money for all our online transaction needs and they’re 100% safe and secured. We never save any of your confidential details with us as everything happens on a secured PayU Money channel.

Amount Debited But Order Not Placed

We couldn’t process your order because we didn’t receive a confirmation from the PayU payment gateway. If you’ve been charged, your refund will be processed within 24 hours and will reflect in your account in 5-7 business days. You can place your order once again. Please notify us immediately on [email protected] along with a screenshot of your visible transaction details for our reference.

Amount Debited Twice For My Single Order

There might have been an issue with the PayU payment gateway. We’ll refund the additional amount you were charged within 24 hours of informing us. The refund will reflect in your account in 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

Cancellations – If the order is cancelled before it’s shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us. Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account. Wrong/ Missing products – We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account.

I had ordered on Cash On Delivery. But, now I want to pay using Debit/Credit/Netbanking/Online wallet. How can I do this?

We currently don’t support online payments for orders placed with Cash on Delivery payment option. However, you can always check with the delivery field executive if they have the POS machine or Online wallet payments available with them.

Can I pay by Debit/Credit card at the time of delivery of my order?

We currently don’t provide POS machines on delivery. Still, check with the delivery executive once. If not, then we request you to please keep the COD amount ready.

Refund Policy

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you’ve selected Cash on Delivery, there’s no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit/Debit Card/Netbanking, you will receive your refund to the source account within 5-7 days from the time you cancel your order.

I’ve paid an extra amount for a COD order at the time of delivery to the field executive. What should I do now?

Since we are completely depended on third party logistics to fulfil our delivery requirements for all our orders, so unfortunately in this case we really cannot do anything from our end. We request you to please check the amount printed on the shipping label first before handing over any amount to the field executive in future.

I’ve paid through Cash for a Prepaid order mistakenly at the time of delivery. What should I do now?

Since we are completely depended on third party logistics to fulfil our delivery requirements for all our orders, so unfortunately in this case we really cannot do anything from our end. If you have the field executive number handy with you then you can call him and ask him to handover the extra amount back. We request you to please be extra careful while accepting any shipments at the time of delivery and ensure to check the shipping label once before letting the field executive leave from your doorstep.

How should I track My Order?

To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your Teasytees account. Click on Orders to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history). After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email and SMS at your registered details. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email and SMS. You can also click on Track Order tab to know the current status of your order.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). Requesting you to place your orders accordingly.

Additional Shipping Charges

Teasytees provides FREE shipping for all orders above Rs. 399/- Pan India. A shipping charge of Rs. 50 is payable only on orders below Rs. 399.

What If My Order Is Undelivered?

If you still wish to receive your order, please email your order number to [email protected] with the subject line “Resend my order”. We shall revert you with an update within 24-48 working hours.

How Do I Change My account details?

To change your account information, please visit your My Account section and then click on Account Details. Click on Save Changes once you’ve updated the details.

I want to change delivery address for my already shipped orders

Once the order is shipped, unfortunately neither us nor our courier partners will be able to change the delivery address due to some operational reasons. Request you to please arrange someone at the given address to collect the shipment on your behalf.

My order is delayed. When will I get it?

To check the new delivery date of your order, visit the ‘Orders’ page of your Teasytees My Account section. Tap the order you’d like to track. Tap ‘Track’ for the product to know its whereabouts. Or else, you can also track the order by punching in your tracking ID or order number on Track Order section above.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

If you aren’t present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment center and your account will be refunded for the order amount.

Can I accept the shipment after opening and checking the products inside?

As per our policy, the order can’t be opened before the delivery is accepted. But you can accept the order and get in touch with us later, in case you have any concerns.

My order status shows “Out For Delivery”, but I haven’t received it yet. When should I expect it?

Our courier partner will contact you for delivery of your order. Please keep checking your SMS/Email for more details. Also, please attend any call made to you on your registered mobile number just in case if the Field Executive needs any assistance to find the location or to know your availability at the given delivery address.

Can I get my orders delivered at a specific time?

Please coordinate with the courier executive delivering your order to see if this is possible. Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option from courier services due to their schedules and location mapping system.

Why Can’t I track my order even though it has been shipped?

Courier services usually take up to 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it’s been shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time.

I’ve received a Tampered shipment. What should I do?

If your shipment is tampered then kindly reject it at the time of delivery. If you accept it and if there’s anything missing or damaged inside the shipment or if you have received an incorrect item then unfortunately we won’t be responsible for it. Once you’ve rejected it, then kindly get in touch with us on [email protected] so that we can assist you further.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, we can modify the shipping address only if your order hasn’t left our fulfilment center. Please email your order number and new shipping address to [email protected] with the subject line “Update shipping address for my order”.

Why can’t I cancel my order from the website?

Once the order has left our fulfilment center, it can’t be cancelled from the website. You can reject the order when the delivery is attempted at your doorstep. If the payment for the order is made online, refund shall be initiated post rejection of the order at customer’s end. It will reflect in the bank account within 5-7 business days post rejection.

Courier has returned my order, I want it.

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund in your Original mode of payment. For Cash On Delivery orders, you can place a new order for the same product, depending upon the availability.

The field executive who delivered my order was rude. I want to raise a complaint against him.

Firstly, we sincerely apologies for the inconvenience you’ve experienced on behalf of our courier partners. We take customer complaints very seriously at Teasytees and ensure that such things doesn’t repeat in future. We request you to please connect with us on [email protected] with a subject line “Field Executive Feedback” along with your Order Number and Tracking ID and share your overall experience in detail so that we can put it across to our courier partners and ensure a strict action is taken against such behavior.

Returns and Exchange Related

Return / Exchange Policy

We cannot take returns. However, if you received the wrong t shirt or the item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please let us know and we will replace it, as long as there is a photographic proof that clearly shows the damage or defect. Damaged during shipping: If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours. Upon approval of your claim, your article will be replaced and shipped ASAP. Lighting plays a big roll on the color of the shirts. We use LED lighting to take the pictures of our shirts to try to get the best TRUE Color of the shirt but sometimes in different lighting, the shirt could either look a little lighter or darker than the pictures we provide. WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES/RETURN on shirts that are “Lighter than the picture we show” or “Darker than the picture we show”. This is why we provide this disclaimer. Light changes all colors. When you are indoors, the color of the shirt will slightly change as when you are outdoors in the light.

How Do I Self Ship The Orders?

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. You can courier the product(s) to the address shared with you while raising the concern. On receiving the product at our facility, we shall ship the Exchange order from our end.

Our 3 for Rs 999/- deal is boutique specific and is available only on the products listed in our 3 for Rs 999/- boutique.

Do you have an Offline store?

At the moment we are completely online based and we do not have any of our physical retail outlets.

Do you provide International shipping?

We understand how much you love our products and how badly you want to gift them to your friends and family staying abroad, however, unfortunately we do not ship our products Internationally at the moment.

Can I sell my designs on your website?

Currently we are not dealing in commission based selling on our website.
