Most of our apparels are custom made for an individual so there is no return or exchange for any of our products.
Kindly refer to the size chart which is available on our website before you place an order.
If there is a defect or the product is damaged, send us a video of its unboxing within 24 hours of its delivery for reference. We will refer to the video and get back to your complaint. Ideally, all our products go through a quality check before packaging.
Please do not accept any tampered shipments, if you do, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, defects, or missing items in the shipments. You can simply reject the delivery, if the shipment is tampered at the time of the delivery.
